I love making this smoothie with my 5 year old.  She loves it,  and so do I!

  • 1 banana
  • handful of fresh or frozen strawberries (6 – 8, depending on size)
  • 3/4 cup yogurt (I like using vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • splash of apple juice (or water)

Instructions:

  1. Place banana in blender first, then all other ingredients, adding ice last.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and add more fruit or juice if needed.
