I love making this smoothie with my 5 year old. She loves it, and so do I!
- 1 banana
- handful of fresh or frozen strawberries (6 – 8, depending on size)
- 3/4 cup yogurt (I like using vanilla yogurt)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- splash of apple juice (or water)
- Place banana in blender first, then all other ingredients, adding ice last.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and add more fruit or juice if needed.
