This is a recipe my whole family loves! Perfect for potlucks. Hope you enjoy it!
- 1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 17 oz. cans cream-style corn
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dry minced onions
- 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Mix ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish or in individual ramekin cups.
Bake at 400F degrees for 1 hour; stir once, halfway through baking.
Test doneness by inserting a knife in the center; if it comes out clean, it ready!
